From the agony of the cross to the empty tomb, we are reminded that the work is finished, and the victory is won!
Like the words of the song Living Hope declare: "Then came the morning that sealed the promise, Your buried body began to breathe, Out of the silence, the Roaring Lion Declared the grave has no claim on me!"
No matter how great the chasm between us and God, no matter how high the mountain of our sin, Jesus stepped down from glory to bear our shame and call us His own. His love tore through the darkness, bringing redemption and new life.
